Introducing the Marines of backpacks, the FAST Pack Litespeed by TAD (Triple Aught Design). Yea, it’s ultra light (56 oz to be exact), holds a ton (1300 cu inches or 21.3L), fits a water bladder, includes a fist-full of features; but what caught our eye is that it’s basically indestructible. Far too often packs wear-out, something rips, or a zipper breaks, not with the FAST Pack. This pack is made of MIL-SPEC 1000 Denier Invista Cordura fabric (some serious fabric that is almost impossible to tear or rip); and to top it all off, the handles, shoulder straps, and top exit tube is made with Hypalon (material used in Zodiac boats). These guys don’t cheap-out on materials, nor construction…always aiming to offer their customers the best performing gear available. The FAST Pack is made in a historic warehouse and factory along San Francisco’s eastern waterfront.
