Beauty takes on a deadly form with the Karesuando Unna áksu Hunting Axe. Beauty is often said to be in the eye of the beholder, but I think that you’d agree with me that this little hunting axe is one sharp looking masterpiece. Karesuando Kniven (a small Swedish company), has been making hand crafted knives and tools for over 35 years. Taking advantage of the natural abundant surrounding materials, Karesuando Kniven utilizes many materials such as reindeer hide horn, Masar birch, curly birch bark and wool. The Unna aksu Hunting Axe is handcrafted from Curly birch (dark brown or natural finish), moose bone, reindeer antler and is carefully affixed to a hardened HRC55 stainless steel blade. Included with the axe is a must-have black leather sheath and diamond coated sharpening stone stored in a black wooden storage box. Sitting just at 9″long with a 4″ blade, you may not chop any trees down, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in precision quality.

Available directly from Boker or Karesuando Kniven.
