Meet the Cresta Chair, where comfort meets solid wood. The Cresta Chair was inspired by the Swiss rural Stabelle chairs of the 16th century and designed by Jorg Boner for the Swiss based furniture company Dadadum. This simplistic chair is crafted from solid ash and features exposed interlocking finger joints where the base and backrest meet. The seat design is constructed and sculpted to wrap the body like a molded plastic chair, creating an experience rarely felt from solid wood. These chairs are crafted in Switzerland and hand finished to perfection.
Choose from six colors, however currently only available for shipping to Swiss residents. European residents hold tight as Dadadum plans to expand their delivery in the middle of 2016. For the rest of us, we’ll have to keep our fingers crossed for future shipping plans.
