The Kahn Dining Table bridges the gap between the Industrial Age inspiration and fine craftsmanship. Inspiration has many forms and can be behind some of the most awesome designs. District Eight, a furniture design firm based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, draws from their unique surroundings to create incredibly detailed furniture. Inspired by bridge construction, the Kahn Dining Table is engineered to mimic the underlying structure. The cast concrete legs are beautifully juxtaposed against black stainless steel frame and finished off with a tempered glass top. Available in acid black/grey concrete and black/stainless steel frame they are perfectly paired with the Kahn Dining Chair. District Eight fantastically pairs modern materials together in interesting handcrafted fashion. Their design is a great inspiration for any designer no matter what field you work or play in.
