Life is complicated, why should your bike be as well? As the bike world spins, they seem to get more complicated. I won’t deny that I’ve taken full advantage of the technology, in fact I probably couldn’t live without it, but there is a part of me that wishes it could step back to simpler days when your bike didn’t have so many parts and gadgets that needed constant attention. Enter the 2014 Budnitz MTN bike. We were first introduced to Budtnitz bikes when we profiled his Model No.3 Titanium Commuter Bike, and we’ve had our eye on him ever since. I must say the MTN is one visually stunning machine. In fact, I think it’s probably one of the best looking bike I’ve ever seen. Every detail from the the simplistic curved design right down to every weld feels as if it has a purpose and is carefully crafted. The MTN comes in a handcrafted Titanium or cromoly steel twin-tube cantilever frame that offers up a ride unlike any other material. As far as components go, the MTN is offered up with a host of Budnitz designed options that complement the top-end performance Components from heavy weights such as Avid, Shimano, daVinci and Paul Components. Paul Budnitz is a proponent of simplicity that shines bright within each bike he designs. We couldn’t agree more with his philosophy that if a bike makes you look good and it’s a blast to ride, you’re going to spend a hell of a lot more time riding it.
Available in numerous custom colors, size one up at Budnitz online store.
