Survival tip #1: get the book How to Stay Alive in the Woods by Bradford Angier. Here is one of my all-time favourite books. It might not be the most up to date, but if you’re ever in a situation where you need a little help, this might just turn the tides in your favor. I purchased this a while back, and the book’s design was the first thing that caught my eye. It weaves beautiful illustrations with straight forward knowledge; all wrapped up with a rubberized ribbed cover. It’s rare these days to see the same level of effort that went into choosing materials for this book. If you get the chance to purchase this little rare gem, I would highly recommend it.
Get the must have hardcopy version on Amazon or digital version on iTunes.
